About the role
We are looking for a Permanent Part-Time Pharmacy Assistant and Webster Packer to join our team at Coffs Harbour. You will be working within a supportive team in a truly modern pharmacy. Your responsibilities include:

• Maintaining patient records and implementing medication change requests
• Packing community and nursing home Webster packs (Both Multi-dose and Unit Dose-7)
• Prepare medications and dispensing for patients
• Addressing any problems relating to the packing of medications efficiently and effectively
• Liaising with patients and aged care facilities
• Attention to detail and a degree of autonomy is essential

The hours
We will work with you to ensure the hours are flexible to accommodate your life and commitments. We are looking for a 20-30 hours per week commitment.

Selection criteria
The successful applicant should have the following:

• Pharmacy Assistant (Cert II or Cert III or relevant experience required)
• Minimum 1-year experience in medication DAA packing
• Have knowledge of profiling in the Webster Care Program and construct patient medication profiles
• Experience with dispense software, Z-Dispense or FRED
• Strong administration and organisational skills
• Ability to address client needs with sensitivity and professionalism
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Excellent customer service
• Dedicated work ethic
• Willingness to learn and grow with the business
• Drivers License essential
