Personal Care Attendants for Home Care

ABLECARE Staffing are now recruiting exceptional Personal Care Attendants to fill a variety of roles in our ever growing company to work in Home Care in the Shepparton area and surrounds . Our hours are casual so we can offer choices for those wanting wider career experiences and for those who are seeking a work/life balance.

Our current vacancies would particularly suit candidates who are available and flexible to work shifts over the full 24/7 working week.

In this role, you may provide a variety of services to our clients, including:

• Personal care and grooming
• Assistance around the home
• Social support
• In-home respite
• Aged care
• Care for people with a disability
• Cert III Individual Support or HAAC

Candidates for Aged Care are required to have;

• Dedication and an enthusiastic approach to the Aged Care and Health Industry
• Will need to have a minimum of six months recent experience
• A current police check is required- Staff need to have a current drivers licence and own vehicle
• Exceptional communication and written skills
• Have knowledge of Mandatory Reporting process
• Updated Mandatory Training/CPD
• Professional presentation
• Great time management
