My client a well known aged care facility close to Lismore is seeking an experienced registered nurse or existing Clinical Manager to lead their team.
The role is newly created and you will form part of a clinical management team.
The reputation of the facility is excellent with a number of successful accreditations and award winning lifestyle and leisure.
Essentials for the role include:
- AHPRA Registration
- 5 years + in aged care as a registered nurse or in aged care management
- Willingness to align with the values of the facility which includes highly resident focused care.
Highly Desirable:
- Strong dementia knowledge
- Well developed leadership skills
- Experience of mentoring staff
