About the Role
We are seeking compassionate and motivated individuals who have outstanding customer service skills to join the team at Monash Health Specialist Consulting (Outpatients), Moorabbin. Our clerical staff provide reception and support services to the Specialist Consulting clinical team and their patients, located across a number of locations in Monash Medical Centre, Moorabbin.
The Specialist Consulting (Outpatients) team is responsible for ensuring the patient experience is second to none. The patient is treated with respect and dignity while seeking the support and services of Monash Health.
About You
You are a proactive and experienced healthcare administrator who enjoys working in a fast paced environment. Working in a hospital environment doesn’t faze you and you are able to maintain and demonstrate integrity, compassion, accountability, respect and excellence.
You have:
- Friendly and helpful customer service and communication skills
- Proven organisational skills and can work autonomously
- Demonstrable ability to manage a range of administration responsibilities across a number of areas
- A quality focus whilst ensuring work is completed within the required timeframes
- A flexible approach to staggered start and finish times

Experience with iPM, another patient management system or equivalent.
Able to manage competing priorities.
Can work effectively or prefers working in a team environment.
Adaptable and flexible to meet the demands of Specialist Consulting clinics on a daily basis.
Experience working within a fast paced and challenging environment.
