Beata Homecare provides home care services to support the independence of elderly and disabled clients from various cultural backgrounds.
We have a position open for Khmer speaking Administration Assistant to join our team on a full-time 6 or 12 contract and a possibility to extend.
You will be based at our office in Braeside, Victoria.
Role:
You will be responsible for all-round administration duties as part of the Administration team.
In this role, you will:
- Attend to incoming/outgoing phone calls and emails
- General administrative tasks including data entry and filing
- Coordinate day-to-day shifts and arrange ad-hoc/emergency shifts as they arise
- Assist the clinical team when required
Requirements:
- Must be able to speak Khmer
- Experience in an administration role
- National Police Check (within 3 months)
- Experience in the aged care/disability /community services sector highly desirable
