Beata Homecare provides home care services to support the independence of elderly and disabled clients from various cultural backgrounds.

We have a position open for Khmer speaking Administration Assistant to join our team on a full-time 6 or 12 contract and a possibility to extend.

You will be based at our office in Braeside, Victoria.


You will be responsible for all-round administration duties as part of the Administration team.

In this role, you will:

  • Attend to incoming/outgoing phone calls and emails
  • General administrative tasks including data entry and filing
  • Coordinate day-to-day shifts and arrange ad-hoc/emergency shifts as they arise
  • Assist the clinical team when required


  • Must be able to speak Khmer
  • Experience in an administration role
  • National Police Check (within 3 months)
  • Experience in the aged care/disability /community services sector highly desirable
