Beata Homecare provides home care services to support the independence of elderly and disabled clients from various cultural backgrounds in Melbourne Metropolitan and the Bass Coast region.
We have a position open for an Administration Officer to join our team on a full-time contract.
You will be based at our office in Braeside, Victoria.
Role:
You will be responsible for all-round administration duties as part of the Administration team.
In this role, you will:
- Coordinate day-to-day shifts and arrange ad-hoc/emergency shifts as they arise
- Liaise with case managers, field staff and clients to provide the utmost support and ensure the provision of smooth and high-quality services
- Coordinate services to meet the needs of our clients and maximise staff efficiency, as well as in line with appropriate award conditions and OH&S provisions
- Managing compliance around service delivery
- General administrative tasks including answering phone calls, filing and data entry
Requirements:
- 12months + experience in a rostering/scheduling role
- Experience in the aged care/disability /community services sector
- National Police Check (within 3 months)
- Bilingual candidates highly desirable
