JOB DESCRIPTION

Beata Homecare provides home care services to support the independence of elderly and disabled clients from various cultural backgrounds in Melbourne Metropolitan and the Bass Coast region.

We have a position open for an Administration Officer to join our team on a full-time contract.

You will be based at our office in Braeside, Victoria.

Role:

You will be responsible for all-round administration duties as part of the Administration team.

In this role, you will:

  • Coordinate day-to-day shifts and arrange ad-hoc/emergency shifts as they arise
  • Liaise with case managers, field staff and clients to provide the utmost support and ensure the provision of smooth and high-quality services
  • Coordinate services to meet the needs of our clients and maximise staff efficiency, as well as in line with appropriate award conditions and OH&S provisions
  • Managing compliance around service delivery
  • General administrative tasks including answering phone calls, filing and data entry

Requirements:

  • 12months + experience in a rostering/scheduling role
  • Experience in the aged care/disability /community services sector
  • National Police Check (within 3 months)
  • Bilingual candidates highly desirable
