About the role:

Reporting to the Home Manger located a short stroll away from Brighton Beach. Representing a notably progressive aged care organisation, this is an exceptional opportunity to further develop your aged care management career. We need an autonomous Residential Manager with a solid track record in residential aged care management. Duties will include the overall management of HR, staff development, clinical care, quality assurance, continuous improvement, OH&S, admissions, sales, marketing, mentoring & education of staff and preparing for accreditation.

  • Wide range of administration duties and responsibilities to ensure the smooth running of the Facility.
  • You will play the vital role of being the first point of contact for anyone visiting the facility or making general telephone contact during admissions. It is essential that you greet all with a friendly and professional manner
  • You will act as an ambassador for the Infinite business, responding to queries or requests where possible
  • You will offer a wide range of administrative support to the facility and management team
  • Maintain systems and process for all administration areas of the facility
  • Ensure the safe handling and storage of sensitive information within the facility
  • Perform ad hoc duties and responsibilities as and when required

The successful applicants will possess:

  • Excellent communication and general administration skills
  • Strong rostering and payroll experience (Kronos preferred but not essential)
  • A strong emphasis on achieving results
  • Previous experience in administration in Aged Care (desirable)
  • Previous experience with Procura (desirable)
  • A sound understanding of the Aged Care Sector, including guidelines and legislation
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office
