  • Permanent full time public hospital senior clinical position in the lovely rural town of Young NSW.
  • Subsidised hospital accommodation available
  • The Mercy Care Young OT department provides care to subacute inpatients (rehabilitation / geriatric / palliative care), community outpatients, outpatient rehabilitation, paediatrics (community and school based) and hands clinic.
  • Large and vibrant Allied Health team
  • Provide clinical leadership to OT team and AHA's; collaborate with large (22 staff) Allied Health team.
  • Supervise OT (2 OT staff members) and AHA staff; supervise students; monitor team performance; lead OT quality projects; represent OT at district level.
  • As senior clinician, Mercy Care can facilitate specialisation in interest areas that align with Mercy Care services including hands / home mods / paediatrics/ lymphoedema / rehabilitation
  • Regular professional development and supervision supported


  • Degree in Occupational Therapy and current registration with AHPRA
  • Minimum of 3 years experience and some experience in either paediatrics, rehabilitation, community, neurology, or gerontology
  • Desire to build leadership and clinical skills, shows flexibility and will support existing positive team culture
  • Current NSW Driver's Licence
