The positions are currently available at a number of Residential Care Facilities based in the inner metropolitan area of Perth, providing residents with a beautiful, modern, impeccably kept home. The Exciting Opportunity:

REGISTERED NURSE - Several Roles - Day/Afternoon/Night Shift

• Registered Nurse - Division 1 currently registered with AHPRA, with Aged Care experience
• Provide nursing care to residents in accordance with relevant funding and aged care quality frameworks, standards, compliance, and accreditation needs
• Observe, report, monitor and document residents care needs, and implement and evaluate care plans
• Communicating closely with families to ensure the residents needs are met
• Training, developing, and coaching a team of Carers and Enrolled Nurses
• Highly focused on Person Centred Care
• Always looking at ways for continuous quality improvement
• Good communication skills - written and verbal, together with ability to use health record software

The Successful Candidate:

• Must be a current AHPRA Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse
• Passionate about Aged Care
• Experience within Aged Care, ideally including Dementia, Palliative, Restorative Care
• Current National Police Clearance and Flu Shot
• Sound understanding of ACFI and able to liaise with ACFI Coordinator any changes
