Carer’s Network are a private provider of a suite of in-home care and support services supporting those who are elderly, or vulnerable; or those living with a disability. Carer’s Network strives to always provide the best services to enable our clients to maintain their independence and live their best lives. Our professional support extends to government, NDIS, and private sector clients.
We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to assist with Rostering duties at our Head Office Location in Clayton. This position will require interaction with all sectors of the business to ensure manpower is effectively deployed. Our ideal candidate will be a natural communicator, who is focused on delivering exceptional customer service and is capable of problem solving and making decisions quickly.
Critical to the role, you will display:
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
· Exceptional communication skills
· Excellent time management skills
· Expertise in rostering administration
· Adaptability and Flexibility
· Proven Problem-solving skills
What we want from you:
· Exposure to Visual Care Scheduling System (or similar) preferred but not essential.
· Experience in the Aged Care or Disability Sectors is highly desirable.
· Current Police Check (within 3 years)
Remuneration will be commensurate with experience.
