About the role
Due to growing demand, we are currently searching for two experienced Recruitment Coordinators to join our busy team. You would be working closely with internal and external stakeholders to efficiently coordinate the centralised recruitment function and support the continuous improvement to best meet our current and future workforce capability needs.
With minimum 2 years of experience in a Recruitment role you will be comfortable with:
- Proactively managing the end to end recruitment process – screening, interviewing, reference checking and following up on all documents required through to onboarding
- Adapt to ever changing processes under COVID-19 regulations and protocols
- Prioritisation and time management skills are key with the flexibility to adapt to changing business demands
- Building key stakeholder relationships both internal and external
- Drive continuous improvement and support new ways of working
- Participation in Marketing and Advertising campaigns such as career expo’s
- Communication, interpersonal skills and working in a team environment are key to successful recruitment.
