We are a highly regarded not-for-profit, values-based organisation, offering residential, community and in-home aged care for over 30 years, to older people living in and around the municipality of Manningham.
We have great opportunities available for Personal Care Workers with experience working with high care residents who looking to pick up shifts across a 24/7 roster.
About you:
A minimum of Cert 3 in Aged Care &/or HACC
Recent experience caring for high care residents
Demonstrated competency in delivering excellent care to residents with complex care needs
Strong verbal and written communication skills
The ability to read care plans
Current police check
Great team player who demonstrates client-focused behaviour
Shows empathy and treats others with dignity and respect
