We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and innovative Retirement Village Manager to lead and deliver exceptional service to Residents residing at lead the Fraser Shores Retirement Village!

Your role
You’ll be responsible for the delivery of high-quality service, amenities, community life, security and peace of mind for our residents. You will manage a small, but diverse team that ensures residents are supported to enjoy the retirement lifestyle in a safe and secure environment promoting their sense of place and wellbeing.

You will handle the implementation of operational plans, sales results & operations and maintenance plans for the village. You will lead and coach the village staff, ensuring customer focus and operational excellence. This includes training, development and HR activities. You will also actively promote the village in stakeholder and community engagement.

You’ll demonstrate
  • Tertiary qualifications in either Business, Commerce, Hospitality or equivalent experience
  • Previous experience in Retirement Village Management
  • Financial and budget management skills
  • Highly effective interpersonal and written communication skills, including advanced computer skills
  • Current First Aid Certificate and CPR Certificate or willingness to obtain
  • Current Queensland Drivers Licence
  • Evidence of an up-to-date Influenza vaccination in accordance with the current Public Health Directive for Aged Care Facilities.
