Aged Care Rehabilitation Services is a Perth based rapidly growing provider of allied health services to the community and residential aged care facilities across the metropolitan area.


We are dedicated in improving the provision of allied health services to residents living in aged care homes and in-home clients within the community.


About the role

Multiple vacancies: We are currently seeking dedicated Full time, Part time or casual Physiotherapist and Occupational Therapist throughout Perth metropolitan areas (North and South of river) who intent to make a real difference in the lives of the elderly. 


Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering evidence-based Physiotherapy/OT treatment
  • Provide effective pain management treatment
  • Falls prevention and education
  • Development and implementation of individualised therapeutic exercise programs based on resident specific goals
  • Conducting comprehensive patient assessment
  • Driving innovation through creativity and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Develop individually tailored assessment and person centred therapy care programs by selecting and executing appropriate levels of treatment


About You:

  • Current AHPRA registration as a OT/PT
  • NEW GRADUATES ARE WELCOME
  • Positive can-do attitude,
  • Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
  • Encouraging a change towards allied health service delivery in residential aged care through rehabilitation and re-enablement programs.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Knowledge of the Aged Care Act (1997), Occupational Health and Safety legislation, Accreditation Standards and ACFI
  • Passionate about aged care and desirable to have prior experience working as a Physiotherapist/Occupational Therapist in community or residential aged care settings
