Partner with the Leadership team at Catholic Healthcare to provide strategic and operational financial insights and information through timely and accurate management reporting, informed budgeting and forecasting and productive business relationships.

This role will report to the Chief Financial Officer and will lead a team of Financial Planning Analysts responsible for delivering financial analysis, modelling, forecasting, and reporting efforts to ensure efficient financial operations. Primary responsibilities include-

• Provide effective and timely financial insight and reports to support informed management decision-making.
• Work closely with the leadership team to formulate the business's medium to long term financial and strategic plan.
• Lead business partnering across cost centres, utilising BI tools, to delivery meaningful insights into business performance, and more.

To be considered a successful candidate for the role, you will be CA/CPA qualified or similar with extensive experience within similar Financial Planning and Analysis positions. This position requires a highly experienced leader who can build internal capacity and will possess the following-

• Previous experience working in or support the Australian Aged and Health Care environment
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to build relationships
• Proven experience in managing, coaching, and leading a team
• Strong cost-benefit analysis, budgets and forecasting, statutory financial reporting ability
• Significant analytical skillset, including the utilisation of BI and reporting tools.
