About the Role:
Programmed Care are seeking support workers to assist our aged and disability clients in the South Eastern suburbs of Melbourne.
The services are during the day and are mainly mid week supporting with personal care, community access and domestic duties.
These positions require an Australian drivers licence, reliable car and third party fire and theft or comprehensive car insurance.
What we need from you
Experience
- Minimum 6 months recent Healthcare experience in Australia or reciprocal country
- OR
- 2nd Year Nursing student & 6 - 8 weeks nursing placement experience within Australia or reciprocal country
Documents
- Cert III or IV in Disability, Community, Aged Care Support or Individual Support
- Or
- Nursing study transcripts
- Australian Police check (completed within the last 12 months or willing to obtain)
- First Aid (completed within the last 3 years)
- Two professional references who can confirm your health care experience
