Exceptional opportunity for an experienced L&D Manager
1 year fixed term contract
Diverse and interactive role within aged care

Our client, leaders in the aged care industry, is currently seeking an experienced Learning & Development Business Partner to join their team on a one year fixed term contract capacity.

This is a pivotal role in undertaking training needs analysis for the organisation and developing and implementing frameworks to ensure aged care standards and regulatory requirements are adhered to.

As an experienced Senior L&D Advisor, you will thrive on working in a busy environment and can identify and deliver training solutions and programs with a hands on and interactive approach.

Reporting to and partnering closely with the HR Director and the broader Learning and Development team, this opportunity provides the full spectrum of learning and development activities across the business and will include assessing & reviewing the current offering and revamping, developing and implementing learning & development initiatives. You will lead and develop content and facilitate on a number of key projects covering inductions, technical, soft skills and leadership training.

About you:
You will have proven experience in an end to end L&D role designing face to face and online learning.
Approachable and highly engaging individual with exceptional presentation and facilitation skills.
Experience in utilising Learning Management Systems, teleconference, and webinars for effective learning & development.
Passion for developing people and have the ability to encourage and influence a strong appreciation for learning and developing within your internal cohort.
Think outside the square and are genuinely interested in delivering best practice solutions and training to provide the best experience.

Experience within a similar health, aged care or disability support sector would be highly regarded, but is not essential.
