Your new team

  • Supports and maintains the Radiology Information System (RIS) and the Picture Archiving & Communication System (PACS) across The Royal Melbourne Hospital

  • Supports Clinical staff, Imaging personnel and relevant Information Technology staff who use the integrated RIS / PACS

  • Opportunities to make a difference and provide flexibility

Your success in this role, will be in your ability to

  • Support the PACS/RIS system and other Radiology specific systems, as part of the hospital network, IT system personnel, medical imaging administrators, modality service personnel, and RIS & PACS vendor companies.

  • Act as the point of reference for RIS & PACS services for all radiology and hospital users and to request service assistance from vendors through remote access or on-site service.

  • Assist end users with inquires related to all PACS/RIS hardware related queries.

  • Assist with all Radiology IT related issues.

Your Contribution

  • Experience in IT support

  • Experience in Healthcare Administration or Medical Imaging
