The Manager of Clinical Practice is such an important role, you will lead the support services as the senior clinician and possess strong clinical and business acumen, demonstrate initiative for innovative solution focused outcomes. Working positively and proactively, you and your team will be overseeing resident admissions, assessment and documentation whilst delivering a quality, person-centred service. It is really important that you are professional, have a passion for aged care and possess a warm demeanor that relates well to older people and their families.
Key Requirements
- Registered Nurse, Division 1
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a staff leadership/management role
- Working knowledge of ACFI and aged care Accreditation Standards
- Assessing new admissions
- Resolving incidents
- Reliability and passion for aged care
- Proven Microsoft Office skills, clear spoken and written English communication skills and excellent customer service
- Demonstrated knowledge of Manual Handling and safe lifting practices
- Smart Phone and Home Internet
