The Allied Health Division at Western Health are seeking a fixed term part-time senior project officer to assist in the delivery of several identified major projects during 2021.
The position will provide project management and oversight, drawing from methodology and tools such as: project planning, stakeholder consultation and analysis, risk management, Gantt charts, data collection and analysis and project evaluation. The position will report to the manager of the ASPIRE (Allied Health Strategy, Planning, Innovation, Research and Education) unit. The successful applicant must have a tertiary qualification and professional registration in an allied health therapy.
The role will focus on:
Allied Health planning for upcoming capital projects at Western Health including but not limited to the New Footscray Hospital and Melton Hospital.
Planning and Colaborate with the Chief Allied Health Information Officer, ASPIRE unit and Allied Health Disciplines in regard to the implementation of EMR phase 2
Coordination and delivery of delegated Allied Health projects during 2021
Communication of Allied Health requirements across major projects during 2021
Maximise interdisciplinary communication to facilitate coordinated care
