About the Company:

About the Role:

Reporting directly to the CEO, this role principally responsibility for overall quality assurance and continuous improvement for the organisation, managing high levels of governance compliance and delivery, safely and sustainably implementing new and improving existing services, maintaining strong corporate governance and policy management practices across the organisation and contributing towards the organisation’s strategic objectives.

Your emphasis will be on implementation of a Clinical Governance Framework including the Clinical Governance Subcommittee of the Board, managing the introduction of new service line offerings adopting a trialling approach through pilots and programs for complete roll out through the organisations Service Delivery team, including coordinating the training for Service Delivery staff.

Job Requirements:

To secure this excellent opportunity, you will have previous experience in a similar role leading a team of professionals, ideally within the health, disability or aged care sectors. You will have knowledge of the NDIS, contemporary quality and risk principles, auditing, highly developed analytical and report writing skills. In addition, you will possess tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline, or equivalent level of expertise gained from a combination of experience, training or professional accreditation. Knowledge and/or experience with quality management for Aged Care, Clinical Services and RTO and risk management will be highly regarded.

Additional Requirements:
  • Current Police Clearance (No less than 2 years old)
  • Valid Working With Children Card
  • Evidence to work in Australia (Passport/Birth Certificate/Visa)
  • Access to a Vehicle and Smartphone
