About The Role.

Reporting to the Regional Manager. This role will provide a high level of holistic nursing care with our clients. You will support the senior clinical team with assessments, reviews, and delivery of client’s individual care needs.

What You Will Bring.
  • Experience in Aged Care and front-line management skills.
  • Sound clinical nursing practice experience with an understanding of contemporary nursing theories.
  • Problem solving abilities and strong personal verbal / written communication skills.
  • You are client focused and have the ability to work at a fast pace with effective time management skills.
  • You are a relationship builder and can work clients and families.

Minimum Requirement.
  • Registered Nurse - Current AHPRA Registration.
  • Current First Aid Certificate
  • Current NSW Driver’s License.
  • Motor Vehicle with minimum of third-party property insurance.
  • Passion and commitment to aged Care and the desire to ‘make a difference.’
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the senior clinical team and Allied Health professionals.
