We are currently looking for a Dementia & Aged Care Advisor who will perform a key role in answering and responding to all inbound enquiries ensuring every call results in a service resolution. This is an opportunity to join a leading Not for Profit organisation providing essential services in Aged Care.
This non clinical role will bring to action Alzheimer's Qld commitment to all clients, families and communities to ensure various services are implemented through communication to all relevant stakeholders. We are ideally looking for candidates experience with Aged and Community Care.
Responsibilities include:
Answer and respond to inbound enquiries in a compassionate and professional manner to identify client care service requirements
Give advice and assistance concerning Alzheimer's disease and Alzheimer's Qld's services over the phone
Collaborate and refer information to relevant division to ensure a positive and supportive client experience
Answer and manage requests/enquiries from clients and collect relevant details
Communicate concerns or issues to the relevant Manager and take action as required
Manage administration tasks
Follow up on client care requirements to ensure they are met with the correct client care
Be able to manage a sales pipeline, to ensure your enquiries are being followed up with the relevant internal stakeholders
We are looking for:
Experience with taking support telephone calls
Experience with Aged or Community Care
Experience with services available for the frail aged, people with dementia or relief for carers
Experience with cloud platforms and government portals
Ability to analyse data with attention to detail
Flexibility to work business hours Monday - Friday with occasional after hours
Comply with grooming policy (No visible tattoos or piercings)
Willing to obtain a National Police Clearance
