What you'll be doing
Practicing and promoting safe, efficient and effective nursing care that reflects current standards of nursing practices and current Mid North Coast Local Health District policies and procedures.

- Current Registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia with at least 3 years full time equivalent post registration experience, preferred in either aged care and/or mental health.
- Demonstrated nursing skills, knowledge and ability relevant to area within a community setting. Some understanding of the My Aged Care system and the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal preferred.
- Demonstrated clinical problem solving skills to maximise patient care.
- Proven high level of organisational skills and demonstrated ability to prioritise and meet competing demands and KPIs.
- Demonstrated effective clinical communication through the use of information technology and written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to plan and coordinate patient care in a multidisciplinary community team environment providing outcome based care.
- Understanding of management of clients with complex needs in the community setting.
- Current NSW Drivers license and ability and willingness to travel for work purposes
