Mercy Community have a Permanent Full-time position for an experienced IT Service Delivery Manager to join our team based in Nudgee.
In this role you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of a small, dedicated technical support team, including IT Service Desk, Deskside Support and VIP support. You will also be responsible for:
Managing Incident, Request, Change and Escalation processes;
Major incident management
Monitoring, controlling, and supporting service delivery
Champion Service and Support in IT and Business Projects
Accountable for measuring, monitoring, and meeting service level targets
Ensuring excellent Presentation and Audio-Visual support is delivered and maintained
Manage the desktop computing environment, including finding and implementing improvements
Manage and review service quality to ensure the successful delivery of support services
Reporting on IT Service performance
About you…
You will have strong experience in an IT Service/Management role (ideally 5+ years), with a passion for service improvement. You will have:
Expert knowledge, understanding and experience in ITIL principles, service level agreements and applications management
Experience managing third party service arrangements
The ability to build strong stakeholder relationships
Previous service management or support in a large-scale and diverse environment of incident management, escalation procedures and related disciplines
Excellent leadership and people management skills
Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
Strong time management and problem-solving skills with a passion for getting things done
Previous experience in health informatics, CTARS, Visicase or eCase would be advantageous.
The successful candidate will also be required to obtain a positive notice in the Working with Children Check (Blue Card) and any other legislatively required personal history screening as required.
