Right at Home Brisbane Bayside is recruiting experienced Disability Care Support Workers for a few of our select clients in the Wynnum area.

Our services include: disability care, aged care, nursing care and more - all provided in our clients' own homes.

The successful candidates will have a strong background in Community Care and will thrive on working in a close-knit team and have a passion for delivering the highest quality in client care.

Key requirements:

• Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability/Aged Care equivalents) - mandatory
• At least two years relevant experience
• Assist clients with medication unit - highly desirable
• Professionalism, a good reputation & respect for our staff, clients and their families
• Well presented, reliable and resilient
• It is also essential to have good judgement, quick decision-making and excellent communication skills
• Current National Police Checks
• Current Blue card and Yellow card - highly desirable or willing to obtain
• Current First Aid and CPR qualifications, or willing to obtain
• Smart mobile phone
• Driver's licence and your own reliable car
• Comprehensive car insurance
