Essential Requirements:

• Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent
• Demonstrated experience in providing Physio care to the elderly
• Effective communication skills
• Demonstrated training and knowledge of infection control and work health and safety principles and guidelines
• Ability to prioritise workloads
• Computer literacy
• Commitment to quality Aged Care
• Effective communication skills
• Understanding of WHS Principles
• Current CPR knowledge

Desirable:

• Cert III or IV in Allied Health or working towards (enrolled)
• Experience with Dementia specific residents
• Familiarity with Physiotherapy Registration Act and the Australian Physiotherapy Association Guidelines
