Royal Freemasons Bendigo is seeking that special someone who has a bright and warm smile that is welcoming and friendly with residents and their families. 

About You 

This is an exciting and varied role and requires the expertise of someone who has experience in rostering, front-house reception and exceptional customer service. You will be able to multi-task and juggle administration duties such as banking, drafting written communications, preparing reports and making sure all relevant information at the site is managed. Ideally experience in a similar role or medical administration will be highly advantageous and excellent presentation is required. 

Key Requirements:

• Certificate in Business Administration or similar qualification.
• 2+ years’ experience in a rostering administration role, preferably within an Aged Care or health care environment
• Advanced computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Office, experience in rostering software.
• Ability to prepare correspondence and reports.
• Meeting minute taking
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, customer service and organisational skills
• A general understanding and social awareness of the Aged Care industry and the challenges that the sector faces will be valuable, alongside a compassionate nature and an empathetic approach
