RMH Health Service Navigator
Multiple positions, Fixed Term Full Time and Fixed Term Part Time hours available
Based at The Royal Melbourne Hospital
Join the RMH COVID-19 Screening Team and help to keep our community safe- Support your team with early intervention of management of behaviours by supporting processes of de-escalation and risk mitigation

We are a designated state-wide provider for services including trauma, and we lead centres of excellence for tertiary services in several key specialties including neurosciences, nephrology, oncology, cardiology and virtual health.
Your Role:
- The purpose of this role is to welcome all staff, patients, consumers and visitors to the RMH hospital and provide guidance to navigate the Entry Screening process in a safe and coordinated way
The role is part of the ‘front of house’ team creating a welcoming environment through application of the RMH values of People First, Excellence Together and People First
As the RMH Health Service Navigator, you will work across the RMH Entry screening points throughout the hospital, to provide direction to staff, patients, consumers and visitors entering RMH city campus

- You are able to provide calm and clear guidance in a safe and coordinated way
Previous experience with crowd control
Promote safety and assist your team with early intervention for the management of behaviours
