Are you a Pinnacle Person? Then you will have the following:

• Proven experience in restaurants and functions or industrial and bulk production
• Previous experience with A la carte style will be highly regarded or
• Prior experience in Aged Care Facilities or Healthcare settings
• Mandatory prerequisite to have a recent Flu Vaccination for work within an Aged Care setting
• Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of HACCP
• The ability to work within the guidelines of an approved Food Safety Plan
• Understanding of dietary requirements
• A love for your work and for the industry
• A minimum Cert 3 (or equivalent)
• Immediate availability
• The right to work within Australia
• Police Check or willing to obtain one
• Uniform: Traditional Chef jacket & pants, knives, apron, chef hat, safety shoes
