  • About The Role

    If you have a a passion for mentoring and supporting the aged care workers of the future and the desire to learn about and promote healthy ageing, we would like to hear from you.

    You’ll need experience in the aged care sector and be comfortable delivering support one on one and to groups. This role combines hands on mentoring and support long with administrative elements including reporting requirements.

    With your excellent communication, time management and eye for detail, your ability to prioritise tasks and lead by example, you will establish positive working relationships with all stakeholders.

    About You

    With a growth mindset and a desire to contribute to the delivery of outstanding person-centred care for our residents and clients, you will have broad experience within the aged care sector.

    A working knowledge and understanding of the Aged Care sector and the Aged Care Quality Standards would be highly regarded.

    The role requires you to be self-motivated, occasionally working with minimal supervision. You will require knowledge of the Google Suite and Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word and Excel. You will also be required to operate in various internal software systems.
