About the role

As a Roster Coordinator, you will work across our Home Care team ensure suitable staff is appropriately matched to our client's needs.

You will be responsible for the customer service and administration functions in ensuring rostered shifts are covered. You will also be responsible for promoting continuous improvement of the roster database through accurate and comprehensive data entry. There is additional after hours involved every 6-8 weeks. It is the responsibility of the Rostering clerk for a full week.

Skills and experience

  • Previous experience in Aged Care/Disability/Community Care
  • Previous use of Procura software (advantageous)
  • Highly developed analytical skills with the ability to manipulate and analyse raw data and present the analysis in an appropriate manner previous experience working in a quality framework
  • Experience with a Rostering System & an aptitude for database management and reporting
  • Highly developed data input skills and demonstrated experience in office administration
  • High level of computer literacy including working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and ability to adapt to other IT systems
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage a busy workload in order to achieve business outcomes
  • High level communication skills with the ability to promote culture of achievement, accountability and collaboration in a team
