About The Role.

Reporting to the State Operation Manager, this role plays an integral part within myHomecare in ensuring quality service and maintaining the highest standard of care. This role oversees the deliver of clinical and community care clients as well as Leaders in the Support the Program / Package Office to ensure thorough implementation and ongoing delivery complies with internal and external policies.
  • Lead and develop a team Care Managers.
  • Actively promote our services and offering to clients and potential clients.
  • Promote and maintain effective communication channels between the Client / Carers, management, nursing staff, health professionals and government agencies.
  • Handle sensitive enquiries, often from anxious clients / family, with tact, discretion, and professionalism.
  • Knowledge of the organisations WH&S risk identification and management procedures.
  • Involved in field staff orientation, staff meetings, skill validations, training, and education.

What You Will Bring.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and managing large and complex community or health care teams across various regions.
  • You have experience in business growth.
  • Commercially savvy with the ability to ensure our clients have all the services they need to live at home comfortably longer.
  • High level of customer service with excellent time management and planning skills.
  • Ability to foster great culture of leadership with all staff.
  • Extensive understanding of all Aged Care Acts.
  • Outstanding verbal and written comms skills.

Minimum Requirements.
  • Current First Aid Certificate
  • Current Drivers’ License
  • Motor Vehicle with minimum of a CTP and third-party property insurance
  • Nursing (Registered Nurse)
