Start Nursing Services is seeking an experienced support worker to provide tailored care to a client in the Marrickville area.
Duties include assistance with day-to-day activities such as:
· Personal grooming
· Meal preparation
· Light housework
· Accompanying Client to appointments, shopping, lunch and other activities
Essential requirements:
· Minimum of one year experience in aged care, in-home care or disability in a paid work in Australia (overseas experience only would not be accepted)
· Certificate III or higher in Disability, Aged Care or Community Services
· Current First Aid Certificate
· Successful applications will be requested to provide valid police background check, and working with children check
Successful applicant can start immediately. Buddy shifts are from Monday to Friday, from 0900-1200 or 0900-1300.
