Reporting to the Chief HR Officer, this newly created role, Head of Talent Acquisition with lead and implement a new Talent model for KinCare. 


This role will set the strategic direction, owning the People Supply strategy as we embark of a period of growth. You will not only lead all corporate hiring but also the partnership with an RPO provider to deliver hiring outcomes across our direct care workforce. 

As our talent model is evolving to meet the growing demands of the business you will need to be an exceptional relationship manager and one which provides the business confidence through delivery and experience. You will also provide thought leadership to a business and industry going through change where we need to innovative approaches on how we address key labour shortages, however you are not alone, you will have a team of HR professionals supporting you along the way. 


Key to your success will be ensuring operational hiring outcomes are met, while working strategically to ensure KinCare is in the best possible position from a talent perspective. You will apply a robust demand forecasting approach, in collaboration with the business to ensure KinCare can effectively meet the needs of our customers

This role would suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, adapts well to change and has prior experience optimising talent acquisition functions.


To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Relevant degree, and certified with relevant accreditation;
  • Experience designing and leading talent attraction strategy development and execution;
  • Previous experience participating in talent acquisition technology implementations and transition projects;
  • Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Strong organisational skills, ability to prioritise, seek clarity and confirm objectives in ambiguous situations;
  • Strong working knowledge and experience in creating and executing direct sourcing for talent attraction;
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills across all levels, including executive management;
  • Experience of leading and developing talent acquisition teams and vendors;
  • Passionate about recruitment;
  • Demonstrated success to lead functional transformation and build efficiencies.


The role is based in Bella Vista with a flexible working arrangement. Please note that this position may be subject to mandatory pre-employment checks.
