About the role

Joining a team of Administration Officers, you will be responsible for the provision of exceptional customer service and administrative support to the Community & Disability, Home Care team, assisting in overseeing the administration for approximately 1,200 Home Care Packages across Victoria and over 500 CHSP clients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • All administrative tasks associated with government compliance for Home Care Packages and CHSP
  • Reconciliation and payment of invoices and reconciliation of medicare
  • Responding to all queries via phone and email 
  • Reconcile and upgrade packages 
  • Data entry and preparing documents, reports and correspondence 

Skills, experience & requirements

  • Previous administration experience and customer services skills is essential
  • High level of computer literacy – MS Outlook, Word, Excel
  • Experience in managing time effectively, prioritising daily tasks and other requests
  • Accurate and quick data entry skills, able to work with deadlines and strong ability to multitask.
  • Strong Attention to detail, communication and relationship building skills
  • Experience working with Aged Care clients, home care packages and Medicare claiming
  • Experience in the use of Carelink or a similar program (please specify this in your application)
