Situated in the Perth Metro area is a modern and aesthetically appointed Residential Aged Care Facility. They provide residents with a beautiful, peaceful and modern home environment where they are dedicated to delivering clinical excellence and high standards of aged care, in a positive and supportive way which is their number 1 priority at all times.

The Exciting Opportunity:

  • Responsible for the overall Clinical Care within the facility and leading your clinical team of RNs, ENs and AINs to success
  • Must be an APHRA Registered Nurse - Division 1 with Aged Care experience
  • Delivering and coordinating training and educational programs together with formal teaching to take clinical care in the facility to the next level
  • Responsible for competencies of staff, identifying gaps through performance reviews
  • Collect and analyse information to monitor trends and identify areas to improve upon
  • Participate in Clinical Audits and Accreditation
  • Proactive in identifying clients deterioration, reassessing and follow up to ensure goals and outcomes are updated and met with all stakeholders with person centred care
  • Assist Facility Manager with scheduling staff, rostering and other duties as required
  • Ensure delivery of outstanding Clinical Care is the number 1 priority for the clinical team at all times whilst identifying, reporting and liaising with all residents and families to resolve any clinical or behavioural issues

The Successful Candidate:

  • Previous experience working within aged care sector
  • Current AHPRA Registered Nurse registration
  • Dedicated to driving excellence in clinical care
  • Current National Police Clearance
  • Flu Vaccine Certificate
