About the Opportunity

Located in Orange NSW, Gosling Creek Aged Care is a modern purposefully designed residence located close to the region’s new health precinct. Positioned on a spacious 3.5 hectares of land and just 4km from the town centre, Gosling Creek is country living at its best offering single and couples rooms, all with an ensuite and most with veranda and garden access creates a friendly and bright atmosphere.

We are actively seeking experienced & dynamic Registered Nurses to join our team. Reporting to the Care Manager, you will be responsible for providing high quality clinical care to the elderly in line with aged care and Allity standards whilst working within a multidisciplinary team.

We require a permanent RN to commit to the following shifts:

Week 1

• Wednesday, night duty
• Thursday, night duty

Week 2

• Wednesday, night duty
• Thursday, night duty
• Saturday, PM
• Sunday, AM

About You

The successful applicants must have:

• Current Division 1 Nursing Registration with AHPRA 
• Minimum 12 months Australian nursing experience in aged care 
• A passion for aged care – flexible and empathetic
• The ability to lead a team
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of accreditation standards
• ACFI experience preferred
• Excellent clinical skills
• Good organisational skills
• Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office)
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Current Flu Vaccination Certificate
• Must have full working rights
