About The Role

Fantastic opportunity has come available for an experienced Security Team Member on a permanent full-time basis based at Melbourne Central.

Reporting to the Security Manager, you will be someone who has strong security experience working in a licenced venue environment, excellent customer service skills and are passionate about the security industry with a strong desire to make a difference. This role is to commence immediately.

You will be responsible for providing security service at our retail site at Melbourne Central, supporting all the establishments' tenants, guests and visitors.

Rostered hours will be Monday to Sunday working a 38 hour week, from either 7.30pm - 3.30am, or 8pm - 4am shift. Please only apply if you are available during these times.

To be considered for the position you must have:

• Current NSW Full Security Licence
• Oxygen First Aid - HTLAID007
• Current WWC, National Police Check
• Previous experience working in a licenced venue or in a retail environment
• Ability to monitor and manage team members and build rapport
• Ability to manage workflows and schedule rosters
