We are currently seeking a Recruitment Team Lead to provide a professional and dedicated internal recruitment service which ensures the organisation has the workforce capacity and capability to meet both existing and projected service demands and growth.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and managing recruitment processes and systems
  • Overseeing workforce planning
  • Employer Branding
  • Developing recruitment strategies and campaigns
  • Managing and mentoring the recruitment team to ensure outstanding performance

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field (preferred)
  • Considerable recruitment experience
  • Experience in leading a recruitment team
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, organise, set priorities, and meet deadlines and KPIs
