• Providing nursing care to residential residents and community clients in aged care.
• Ensuring adequate staffing through recruitment and rostering 
• General oversight of the facility including; clinical care, maintenance, kitchen, cleaning and laundry.
• Maintaining systems and processes that support accreditation standards for the residential aged care service and packaged care.
• Promoting a positive culture encouraging quality improvement.

• Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
• Current 'C' Class Driver's License.
• Aged Care experience - essential
• Experience working with people from diverse cultural backgrounds - highly desirable 
• Proven management experience within the health industry
• Someone who is flexible, resilient and open to working in Aboriginal communities 
• Staff Management and leadership skills 
• Ability to build relationships within the local community
