KinCare, a leading In Home Care Provider is going through a significant transformation agenda as we move into a retail environment with the deregulation of the in-home care market and as such is now entering into another exciting period of growth.
Our highly successful National Sales Team is most integral to our business. Due to growth we have a newly created role as a Home Care Package (HCP) Specialist located in Adelaide region. The Team are responsible for generating Home Care Package sales and leading a growth strategy through new customer acquisition.
The Role
The HCP Specialist role will see you drive Home Care Package sales through the successful migration of existing and brand new customer acquisitions in your dedicated region. A key component of this role is a ‘Virtual Sale’ conducted over the phone speaking to vulnerable elderly customers and their families, in addition to conducting “face to face” visits in our potential customers’ homes.
This role requires the ability to identify and adopt a “customer navigation approach” that takes the customer on an Aged Care journey to ensure their understanding of government systems and programs. It will be critical to immediately connect with the customer utilising technology. In addition, your ability to “consultatively sell” demonstrating great emotional intelligence to provide the best customer experience possible using and understanding the systems to find tailored solutions to address the customers identified needs is critical.
You’ll work and partner closely with a matrix Sales team ensuring positive relationships result in collaboration to achieve the set objectives and outcomes within a dedicated timeframe.
About you
- Ideally have worked in the Aged Care or Community Health setting
- 1-2 years consultative selling experience both over the phone and face to face
- Customer centric sales approach
- Experience and genuine passion for dealing with vulnerable people and their families
- Ability to quickly develop rapport with customers to close the sale
- Advanced IT and CRM management skills preferably with SalesForce experience
- Strong written skills with attention to detail for accurate customer records
- Ability to travel as required - Mid north to far north Coast
As the role requires travel you will need to have a current NSW Drivers’ License.
