JOB DESCRIPTION
SustainHealth Recruitment is hiring a NUM for a small aged facility attached to a rural hospital in Regional Victoria.

The Role;
- 3.5 hours from Melbourne CBD, close to the NSW/VIC border
- Available to start ASAP
- Permanent opportunity
- You will be managing a 30 bed unit, including a staff of 30-40 clinicians
- You will also be managing rosters, leadership in clinical practice, management of financial resources, statutory reporting, and compliance with service standards and data collection for quality activities
Required Skills;
- Minimum 3 years experience in a relevant clinical area
- Generous Salary packaging
- ANUM and NUM salary as per VIC award
- Must have strong Aged Care Clinical Experience
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of Aged Care ACFI
- Must have referee’s on a Managerial position and managed them directly
- Must have Full AHPRA
