Ward Clerk – Subacute at Home services

Your new team



RMH@Home subacute is an innovative inpatient bed substitution program that is modelled on rehabilitation and Geriatric Evaluation and Management (GEM) ward programs. RMH@Home subacute provides a seven day specialist medical, nursing and allied health service to assist patients to rehabilitate within the comfort of their own home and transition back into the community.



You will also be required to assist administration with some data entry 2 days per week. This will predominantly consist of assisting with AROC data entry. Phone consultations, booking meetings, and assist reception staff.



Your success in this role, will be in your ability to



  • Maintain the integrity of patient information and data

  • Work within a collaborative team

  • Work a rotating roster across morning and afternoon shifts 7 days per week

  • Manage medical computer software including IPM and EPIC
