About The Role
Reporting to the Home Manager at Japara Oaklands, located in Oaklands Park SA, we currently have an opportunity for a Clinical Care Coordinator to join our team!
This is a full time, Monday to Friday position.

The Successful Applicants Will Possess
- An active AHPRA registration
- Previous experience working as a Registered Nurse in an Aged Care environment (minimum 3 years of experience)
- A passion for working in an Aged Care environment
- Experience with ACFI and accreditation requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
