We are a 23 bed Cardiac Care Unit that works very closely with Cath Lab, ED and ICU. We are fast paced and are able to offer our patient’s current evidence based care with positive patient outcomes. About the Role
Join our friendly yet fast-paced environment where we pursue excellence in patient care and work to achieve better patient outcomes. The Administrative Officer (Ward Clerk) is a key role within the Unit/Ward, providing a customer focussed service to patients, their families and visitors. Working in a busy team based environment the Administrative Officer provides efficient and effective clerical support to the clinical ward staff. The Ward Clerk contributes to optimum patient care and actively contributes to the functioning of the Unit/Ward.
This role is for morning eight hour shifts (0730 to 1600 weekdays and 0900-1700 on weekends) and afternoon 4 hour shift (1545 to 1945 hrs) available on various days. (Total 44 hrs/fortnight).
About You
You have demonstrated excellent clerical skills and interpersonal communication skills. Proactive and energetic, you possess excellent time management, critical thinking and written communication skills.
