About Us
Monash Health Physiotherapy is a dynamic service with dedicated, highly skilled physiotherapists. The team includes approximately 200 Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists and Allied Health Assistants providing services across 5 Acute and Sub Acute Hospitals. We offer clinical education sessions, training on the job and career progression to enable you to further develop your Clinical and Leadership skills.
About the Role
This full time, permanent position is based at Dandenong Hospital but may be required to work across all sites. This exciting position offers a varied caseload with flexibility to utilise general medical and gerontology skills across the continuum of care. This role is responsible for the provision of care to older patients and may include working in both acute and rehabilitation services. The successful applicant will provide positive leadership to support the multi-disciplinary team and the broader Monash Health Physiotherapy team. This position is a fantastic opportunity for new or experienced Grade 2 Physiotherapists and you will be supported by a large, progressive and dynamic Physiotherapy department.
About You
You have broad ranging, recent clinical experience with patients across the continuum of care, and a passion for the older patient and General Medicine/Gerontology. You will have advanced clinical reasoning skills with some experience in providing clinical education preferred. Some weekend work will be expected. You will have access to resources to support you in this position, enabling you to further advance your leadership and clinical skills whilst delivering a high standard of patient care.

- Current AHPRA registration and proven clinical experience;
- Relevant working visa; and
- Relevant qualifications.
