About the role:

The Senior Manager Clinical Nursing and Associated Services is responsible for the efficient and effective operational and strategic leadership and management of a comprehensive range of aged care assessment services and management of the health staff to enable the delivery of high standards of care for patients and their families.

The Aged Care Division is committed to high level staff engagement that results in the planning, delivery, improvement and evaluation of high quality aged care services.

Where you’ll be working:
The Integrated Care Directorate provides a range of strategic, operational (clinical) and clinical support services. Some of the clinical programs include Aged Care, Maternal, Child and Family Health, Dental Health, Women’s Health, HIV, Aids and Related services. These are provided locally, across the LHD, some cross border and State-wide services. These services and programs are closely governed through State or Commonwealth reporting for contracted activities, workforce, patient experience and values based systems of care. Partnerships with other health and social care agencies are foundational to meeting the needs of our vulnerable populations.

This position is based in either Dubbo or Orange NSW.
