The Position

• Run and co-ordinate all site activities
• Liaison with architect, engineers, subcontractors, clients & unions
• Manage and drive sub-contractors
• Maintain & control all on-site records
• Run project to the construction programs, specification & budget
• Overseeing all OH&S and ensure the site is a safe workplace
• Deliver project on time & budget

Must Have

• Building trade background or related degree
• Demonstrated history as Site Manager on these types of jobs
• Right to work in Australia (not requiring sponsorship)
