We offer a broad range of services, including residential care facilities, transition care programs, retirement living villages, home care, day care, respite, and dementia specific services.

An exciting full time opportunity has arisen within Amana Living for a Client Service Manager in the Amana Living Your Home (Community Care) business area, based in the town of Kalgoorlie Western Australia.

This role provides a high level of service and support to home care clients and their families. Your Home business is based in Rivervale, but the majority of your time will be spent in the community with our clients, across the Perth metro area.

About You

You are the key point of contact for your portfolio of clients, and you strive to exceed their expectations and ensure that the services they receive are of a consistently high standard. You will have a passion to help people living the second half of their life at home by working together to come up with solutions that are right for them.

Your time will be spent;

  • Meeting with potential clients, sharing the Amana Living service offering and supporting them to navigate the aged care system
  • Prepare client budget planner to assist clients in planning their services
  • Collaborate with the client and their carer to develop individual and effective service plans that support
  • Provide excellent customer focussed service through regular wellness visits and responding to all other enquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Document and track all chargeable case management to ensure all services provided are funded and accounted for
  • Ensure that client annual review is attended as required under the client agreement
  • Ensure all documentation is up to date and accurate; this includes service and care plans, Comcare notes and correspondence
  • Provide after hours on call service as rostered
  • Active participation in all Amana living meetings, including monthly one to one meetings with line supervisor
  • Work collaboratively in professional manner with all other Amana Living staff and external stakeholders
  • All other duties and projects as directed by your manager

Essential Criteria

  • 5 years in customer service & community-based customer service role
  • Exceptional relationship building, networking, and interpersonal skills with a commitment to providing a high level of customer service
  • A high degree of attention to detail
  • A passion to serve in the community
  • The right attitude and aptitude for the role are vital along with previous experience in aged care
  • Sound computer skills in Microsoft Office Applications
  • Valid Police Clearance less than 6 months old (or provide a receipt at interview stage)
  • Willingness to undertake, and pass a pre-employment physical assessment
  • Valid Australian drivers licence
